Medium Dents (Golf Ball to Baseball Size)

Dents in this range are very common after hail storms. Experienced PDR technicians repair these regularly. The key is that the paint hasn't cracked and the metal hasn't been stretched beyond its elastic limit. Most medium dents are fully repairable.

Large Dents (Softball Size and Beyond)

This is where many people are surprised. Large, round dents — even those 4 to 6 inches across — are often repairable with PDR, provided the paint is intact and the dent doesn't have a sharp point or severe stretching.
