Estimates are not binding, and the final price may vary based on the actual extent of damage discovered during the repair process. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all repair services. Please note:

• Estimates are based on visible damage assessed at the time of inspection.
• Hidden or additional damage discovered during the repair process may result in changes to the final cost.
• We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and insurance payments.

Warranty

Pro PDR Auto Hail Repair stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all paintless dent repair services performed by our certified technicians.

This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship related to the specific repair performed.
• Re-repair of any dent or damage area that was part of the original service.

This warranty does not cover:

• New damage occurring after the repair has been completed.
• Damage caused by subsequent accidents, hail events, or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear of the vehicle.
• Repairs performed by other service providers on the same area.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro PDR Auto Hail Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage to your vehicle that are unrelated to the services we perform. We exercise reasonable care in handling all vehicles but are not liable for mechanical issues, pre-existing paint defects, or other conditions present before service begins.

Insurance Claims

Pro PDR Auto Hail Repair is experienced in working with insurance companies and will assist you throughout the claims process. However, please be aware of the following:

• We assist with filing and managing insurance claims as a courtesy, but the customer is ultimately responsible for their insurance coverage and any applicable deductibles.
• Insurance claim approval, coverage amounts, and payment timelines are determined by your insurance provider, not by Pro PDR Auto Hail Repair.
• Any difference between the insurance payout and the cost of repairs is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• We are not a party to your insurance contract and cannot guarantee claim outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
