Pro PDR ("we," "us," or "our") provides automotive repair and enhancement services including paintless dent repair (PDR), hail damage repair, collision repair, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and paint correction. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are preliminary and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person inspection of your vehicle. If additional damage is discovered during the repair process, we will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the additional work.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other customers and manage our schedule effectively.
Pro PDR offers a lifetime warranty on all paintless dent repair and hail damage repair work. This warranty covers the original repair performed and is valid for the original vehicle owner only. The warranty does not cover:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the repair performed. Pro PDR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Pro PDR works with all major insurance carriers. We can assist you with the claims process, but the final settlement is between you and your insurance provider. Deductibles and any amounts not covered by insurance are the customer's responsibility.
